Epsom bath salts contain magnesium which relieves stress and relaxes your body. It can help soothe tired muscles and reduce inflammation. The Pink Himalayan Salts have antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties that can help prevent skin infections and give you a good night’s sleep.
